| Scarborough spas specialise in the supply of hot tubs to holiday parks. We are hoseasons approved supplier and have been supplying their parks and others for many years now. We also supply retailers with hot tubs all over the u.k and noticed a gap in the market when supplying holiday park owners as spas made for the retail/ general public use are not always suitable for the holiday parks. With this in mind we worked with the park owners to find out what problems can occur and how we could make hot tubs better suited to their needs. Our research enabled us to design a spa exclusive to us and the holiday park market which is more robust and hard wearing. We made them very economical to run, simplified controls to prevent clients altering settings, fitted maintenance free cabinets and made any parts likely to need replacing easy to replace by unplugging andplugging in a new part. |

| The spas have been so successful in the holiday park market we have invested heavily in developing other products aimed at this market and supplying advice on chemicals and any health and safety aspects which may arise. We also supply our clients with health and safety guidelines, spa maintenance sheets and we operate a unique helpline for you and your customers from 9am-8pm 364 days a year so that if you or your customers have a query they have someone to call. In the rare event of a component breaking down parts are kept in the U.k and are covered by our technicians and the product warranty. If a problem occurs through neglect or human error that has caused a part failure we can train your staff to deal with the replacement of parts for emergency situations to ensure guests are not affected. We have over 50 different types of spa moulds available and have picked out 2 of the most popular for the holiday park market to show you here but we can make spas to cater more specifically to your budget and requirements please feel free to discuss this with us as we may have just what you’re looking for.
