hot tub faq answer Electrical running costs depend on electrical supplier and use. All of our hot tubs are built with high density foam insulation and heat vault system cabinetry ensuring running costs are kept to a minimum .You should budget between 50p and 80p per day.
spa faq question DO I NEED A PLUMBED WATER SUPPLY TO MY HOT TUB?
hot tub faq answer The hot tub is a self-contained unit and is easily filled with a hosepipe.
spa faq question ARE SPAS & HOT TUBS DIFFICULT TO MAINTAIN?
hot tub faq answer No but you will be required to maintain the chemical balance and drain and clean on a regular basis. Full spa care training, step by step literature and an advice helpline are all part of our comprehensive customer care package.
spa faq question WHAT SORT OF BASE DO I REQUIRE?
hot tub faq answer You will need a good solid even base, concrete, good quality flagstones or decking are all suitable. This must be the same size or larger than the spa.
spa faq question WHERE SHOULD I SITUATE MY SPA?
hot tub faq answer If placing outdoors chose a private area, consider seasonal changes as trees that provide plenty of privacy in summer will not do so in the winter. Foliage may also clog up pipes and void your warranty. Also consider whether you may want to add a gazebo or roofing structure at a later date. If placing indoors ensure floor is of suitable load baring capacity and a non slip surface not adversely affected by water. Check ventilation is sufficient and that a suitable drainage point is nearby for when you empty your spa
spa faq question WHAT ELSE MIGHT I REQUIRE WHEN PURCHASING A SPA?
hot tub faq answer Electric's you may need an electrical supply fitted to your spa we do offer this facility at a very competitive price. You will require a 13, 20 or 32 amp supply with an RCD circuit breaker located at least 2 metres away from your spa. We also recommend you fit a waterproof isolator switch the same distance away. Any buried or exposed cable must be armoured and should end at spa site with a 4metre tail.

hot tub faq answer You need to consider your budget, how many people will probably be using the spa, what amount of space you have and whether it is for health or social reasons. The more specifications it has the more it can do for you.

hot tub faq answer Yes we offer a 1, 2 or 5 year warranty on mechanical parts (depending on model purchased) 10 year acrylic surface warranty and lifetime spa structural warranty. We also carry a stock of spare parts which can be fitted by our service engineers if required.

hot tub faq answer We feel winter is the best time to use your spa. Instead of dark cold nights in front of the t.v, relax in the warmth of your spa under the stars. Our spas are sufficiently insulated to operate throughout the winter months but if you still wish to not use it over the winter months full winterizing instructions are given.
